We ship orders within two business days, sometimes faster on weekdays. Australia Post or StarTrack carry the parcel, tracked end-to-end — your tracking number lands by email when the label prints. Most metro orders arrive within a week; regional addresses run a few days longer. If a parcel doesn't show up within the window the carrier promised, drop us a line and we'll chase it down with them.
