All prices on Eucalyptus Nest are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST where it applies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — pricing errors, fraud detection, or inability to fulfil are the usual reasons. Where an order is cancelled, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Nothing in these terms displaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — those consumer guarantees apply to every order. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Victoria, Australia. By placing an order you accept these terms together with our privacy policy and refund policy.
